Do you struggle to get into your exercise routine? No motivation? Boredom? No changes? 

In yoga we see it as a transformative opportunity when things become difficult. Take the energy of struggle,  as a chance to refocus and ask yourself what you could differently. Here are ways to shift gears and get you into a new groove:

  • Try  a new form of exercise / a new style of yoga
  • Listen to music or an audiobook.
  • Take somebody with you. Meet up with your friends for a hike instead for a coffee.
  • Choose a different time or place  to exercise/do your yoga practice. Outdoors is my favourite.
  • Accept the state of resistance – smile to yourself and relax into it.
