For your post-yoga lemon-ginger-sea salt practice:

Mix it: 
Water, lemon juice, organic sea salt, stevia/honey/agave to taste

It’s a refresher:
It is isotonic (which means it contains essential salts and minerals in the same concentration as in the body and replaces those lost as a result of sweating during exercise)
