Lift of with this dairy free, high-protein, high-fiber smoothy berry delicious smoothy. It's filled and fueled with natural antioxidants, very easy to prepare and heavenly to taste.
- 1 cup organic soy, almond, hazelnut or cocconut milk
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries / raspberries
- 1 medium frozen banana
- 1 TB flax oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 scoop high quality plant-based protein powder (eg. pea protein)
