Lift of with this dairy free, high-protein, high-fiber smoothy berry delicious smoothy. It's filled and fueled with natural antioxidants, very easy to prepare and heavenly to taste. 

Recipe:
  • 1 cup organic soy, almond, hazelnut or cocconut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries / raspberries 
  • 1 medium frozen banana 
  • 1 TB flax oil
  • 1/4 to 1/2 scoop high quality plant-based protein powder (eg. pea protein)

Blend together for about 30 seconds until smooth. Thats it! Enjoy and let me know how you like it!
