My passions and qualifications in nutrition, exercise, yoga, self-care and spiritual practice - combined with the experience of someone who’s come through struggle and actually created the shift in her own life, mean that I have the resources and tools to guide you on this journey.

I believe that vibrant health and an amazing life are achievable by anyone; it’s just that most people aren’t armed with the right information. Most people don’t understand that working WITH your individual needs—not fighting, struggling and trying to fit into someone else’s mould—is the key.

Self-discipline redefined: Self-discipline is not about beating yourself into submission. If things haven’t worked in the past, it’s not because you are weak. You just didn’t have the right information. You didn’t have the support you needed. If you’d known better, you would have done better. Bio-individuality: We all have unique food and lifestyle needs. Some people thrive on a low carb diet, while some people will end up running straight to the nearest cookie jar. Stop trying to fit your beautiful square self into a round hole! Find the way of eating that suits your body, and the weight will fall off with ease.
Holistic Nutrition: Food matters a lot. But it’s not just what you put in your mouth. It’s what you feed your mind, your soul and your spirit, as well as your stomach. It’s about jam-packing your diet with so much glow-inducing goodness that eventually, you naturally move away from the junky stuff. Simply. Easily. Without fuss. It’s about maximising nutrients whilst minimising struggle.
